No. Describe what you want in plain words. For most models, we expand your prompt into the kind of detailed description the model understands best. You can switch this off if you'd rather send your exact text.

From about 4 to 30 seconds, depending on the model. For talking videos, the length follows your script: up to about 13 seconds on Talking Photo and about 21 seconds on UGC Ads.

Without a plan, you can run up to 3 generations at the same time. Plans raise that to 4, 6, or 10, depending on the plan. As soon as one finishes, you can start another.

Yes. There's nothing to install. It runs in your browser and is designed to work on phone screens as well as desktop.

Yes. Talking Photo and UGC Ads take your script, turn it into a voiceover, and lip-sync it to the face in your photo. You only need a clear portrait and the words you want said.

Very small, blurry, or extremely wide images can be rejected; photos need to be at least 300 pixels on each side. Seedance models also don't accept photos that show real human faces. For photos of people, choose a MiniMax, Veo, Gemini, or Wan model instead.

No. You can buy a credit pack and spend it as you go. If you prefer, subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan; it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Billing, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

Not for video and images. We pay the AI provider for every video and image we generate, and free tries pushed that cost too high. Before you buy, you can watch the samples on our examples page: unedited outputs we made with these same models. Signing up is free and doesn't need a credit card, and the 20 free credits you get after verifying your email work for voiceovers. Video, image, effects, talking photo, and UGC tools become available after your first credit purchase; the smallest is the Mini pack, 75 credits for $5.

No. Credits from packs and plans stay in your account, even after a plan ends.

They're refunded automatically, and the refund appears in your credit history.

It depends on the model, duration, and resolution. The exact cost shows on the Generate button before you start. The pricing page lists costs for every model at its default settings.

You can pay by card through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT for your location is calculated at checkout before you pay. Your card details never reach us.

They're used only to make your generation and are never used to train models. After a generation, we ask the model provider to delete its temporary copy. The copy we keep is stored in your account, and you can delete it anytime.

Yes. You can use them for your own business, social posts, and ads, as long as you follow our terms. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Only with their permission, and never if they're a public figure. Using a real person's likeness without consent isn't allowed. Image to Video, Talking Photo, UGC Ads, and Effects ask you to confirm you have consent before you generate, and an automated safety check blocks photos and prompts involving celebrities, politicians, and other public figures.

Yes. You can delete your account in Settings, which also deletes your uploads and generations. Payment records we're legally required to keep are retained for the required period.
