PixVerse AI

PixVerse is an AI video platform from AIsphere, a company founded in Beijing in April 2023. Its flagship model, PixVerse V6, came out in March 2026. On Klakix you can use PixVerse's ready-made effects from a single photo: a 5-second 720p clip costs 20 credits, with no subscription.

Available on Klakix

Klakix offers the PixVerse effects model in AI video effects: 9 one-photo effects such as Hug, Dance, Aging, and Baby face, in 5, 8, or 10 seconds and 540p, 720p, or 1080p. PixVerse also powers 7 of our ready-made templates, like "I quit!", "Instant muscles", and "Zoom out to space". PixVerse V6 text to video, image to video, lip sync, and the PixVerse app's own features aren't available here.

What is PixVerse AI?

PixVerse is a video generation platform: text to video, image to video, effect templates, lip sync, and character tools, in a web app and mobile apps. It's made by AIsphere, which Wang Changhu founded in Beijing in April 2023 after working at Microsoft Research Asia and ByteDance. The global service is run by AIVORA PTE. LTD. in Singapore, the party named in PixVerse's terms of service.

PixVerse says it has grown fast. Its V6 announcement in March 2026 cited more than 100 million creators and organizations in 175 countries, and its R2 announcement in September 2026 cited more than 150 million users in over 177 countries. Klakix isn't affiliated with PixVerse or AIsphere; we use the PixVerse effects model through an API, alongside other video models in the same account.

Is PixVerse free?

PixVerse's own site has a free Basic plan. When we checked its subscription page in October 2026, Basic came with 60 credits at signup and 30 daily credits, with output up to 540p. Daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and expire if unused; credits bought in packs don't expire. Watermark-free downloads are listed among the paid-plan benefits.

Klakix doesn't require a subscription, but there's no free video trial either: we pay the AI provider for every clip. Signing up is free, and the 20 free credits you get after verifying your email work for voiceovers. PixVerse effects unlock after your first credit purchase. The smallest option is the Mini pack, 75 credits for $5, and credits never expire.

PixVerse AI pricing

On PixVerse's site, credit packs are $5 for 500 credits, $20 for 2,000, $50 for 5,000, and $100 for 10,000 (official subscription page, October 2026). PixVerse's own blog prices V6 at 9 credits per second at 720p without sound and 12 with sound. The page didn't show plan prices as text when we read it; third-party trackers (Costbench, Magic Hour, September 2026) list Standard at $10 a month, Pro at $30, Premium at $60, and Ultra at $249. Check the checkout page before you subscribe.

On Klakix, a 5-second PixVerse effect costs 15 credits at 540p, 20 at 720p, and 40 at 1080p; a 10-second 720p clip is 44. Here's roughly what a 5-second 720p effect costs in dollars, depending on the pack (taxes calculated at checkout).

Standard275$14about $1.02

Can you use PixVerse videos commercially?

PixVerse's app has its own rules. Its terms of service (updated May 7, 2026) limit outputs to non-commercial use unless you get a separate license (section 4.1), and say its templates and effects are for non-commercial, in-platform creative use (section 4.2). Third-party reviews claim paid plans include commercial rights, but we didn't find that in the terms.

Videos you make on Klakix fall under our terms, which let you use outputs for personal and commercial work as long as you follow the terms and the law. Use photos only of people who agreed to it; photos of celebrities and public figures are blocked.

How to use PixVerse effects

Here's how to make your first PixVerse effect on Klakix:

  • Sign up, verify your email, and buy credits. Then open AI video effects.
  • Pick a PixVerse effect, like Hug, Dance, Aging, or Baby face.
  • Upload one sharp photo with the face clearly visible. For Hug, use one photo of two people standing side by side. You need the permission of everyone in the photo.
  • Choose the length (5, 8, or 10 seconds) and the quality (540p, 720p, or 1080p). The credit cost updates as you choose.
  • Press Generate. A clip usually takes a couple of minutes and lands in your Library as an MP4.

Strengths

What it does well

  • No prompt to write: one photo and a tap give you a hug, dance, aging, or baby face clip.
  • Pick the length (5, 8, or 10 seconds) and quality up to 1080p.
  • Cheap to try: a 5-second clip starts at 15 credits.
  • Works on group photos for the hug effect: two people standing side by side.

Limits

What to watch out for

  • Effects are fixed scenes. You can't describe your own motion or story.
  • PixVerse V6 text to video and image to video aren't available here.
  • 10-second clips top out at 720p.
  • No free video trial: you need to buy credits before your first effect.
